How do I access weekly and monthly events?
Events appear automatically in the game lobby when they're active. Look for special event icons on the main screen. Weekly events reset every Monday, and monthly events are available throughout the calendar month. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to access all events.
What do the puppies special abilities do?
Collected puppies grant passive boosts during gameplay — like extra moves, extra time, or bonus score multipliers. You can view your active puppies and their ability on the Puppy Benefits screen. You can have up to 5 puppies active at once for stacked benefits!
The app is crashing or freezing. How do I fix it?
Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app. (2) Restart your device. (3) Make sure you're running the latest version of the app and iOS. (4) Check your internet connection. If the problem continues, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.
